OUR ORGANIZATION
In Swahili, “Kupanda” means “rise.” Hence, our organization is designed to raise or uplift women and young people in underserved communities by providing them with quality literary resources and skills. These skills would equip and empower them to transform their reality, unleash their full potential, and become meaningful contributors to their communities and our world. Kupanda Sisters will deliver quality and effective literacy programming, resource allocation, mentorship, academic and personal development, and community stewardship.
